How Asking Still Works
Your team already uses WhatsApp and Slack. That's where the bot lives. Your team asks questions there, the bot answers from the content you provide. No new app to install, no training required. Every answer cites its source so your team knows where it came from. If the bot cannot find a confident match, it says so and points the person to a human.

Pricing Plans
Starter plan at $299 per month for up to 15 staff users, one deployment channel (Slack or WhatsApp), and up to 50 documents. Growth plan at $799 per month for up to 100 staff users, both Slack and WhatsApp channels, unlimited documents, dedicated onboarding, and priority support. On-premise deployment for banks and regulated industries at $1,500 setup fee plus $150 per month retainer. All plans include a 30-day free support window after go-live. Cloud plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel anytime before your next billing period.
Data Privacy and Security
Your data is isolated to your deployment and never shared with other clients. On cloud plans, it sits on isolated per-client infrastructure. On the on-premise plan, it never leaves your servers at all. We use open source AI models (Llama 3 and Mistral) that run locally on your hardware. There are no outbound API calls to OpenAI or any external AI provider after setup. We do not use your content to train any AI model. That commitment is written into our Terms of Service and DPA.
Deployment Process
Getting started is simple. We identify the questions your team asks most and build the knowledge base from your existing FAQs, SOPs, and process documents. Cloud plans are typically live within a few business days. On-premise plans take two to four weeks from server provisioning to go-live. We handle the entire setup — no data entry or new systems for your team to learn. After go-live, we handle maintenance and content review. If you want to add or update content yourself, you can, but you do not have to.
About the Founder
Asking Still is built by Richlian Kirsty Claye, founder of AIX RICHLIAN. Registered in The Gambia in October 2025, AIX RICHLIAN builds digital infrastructure for West African businesses. Asking Still is the third product from the studio, following MoMo Reconcile. Every SMB in The Gambia has the same problem: someone asks a question on WhatsApp that was answered last week. The owner types the answer again or forwards a voice note. Asking Still solves that by putting your knowledge into a bot that handles repeat questions automatically.
